Professionalism at the best very detail appraisal
My 15 unit apartment complex was appraised for $1,250,000 in 2015. Gross rents were $159,000. This joke of a company appraised the same property in 2022 for $1,200,000 in spite of multi-family properties in America increasing 156% over the last 10 years. So while every other multi-family property increased in value by more than double, my property decreased in value.
