The worst company ever. I applied for a home and they took their time to get around to my application by the time they finally did I was told I had to find a new home. Once I found a new home they took 3Weeks to finally get back to me. They request more paystubs more bank statements and once provided they denied my application and stated the documents I submitted didn’t meet their requirements when I sent EVERYTHING I WAS TOLD TO. Completely ridiculous
This is an awful management company. I have never seen so much disregard for where a person or family lives. My whole house leans forward / drawers open because of the slant, my oven is slanted allowing heat out in all directions and not up to code. Why haven’t I called maintenance? Because I have so many times for so many things and they never fix it correctly. Happy to post pictures of my garage covered and I mean covered I. DON’T DO IT I have to change my review, this is insane. This is my first time renting a home and this has been a horrible experience at this point I honestly don’t want a home if it’ll be like this. I have random service charges placed on my account maintenance request being closed honestly without Hayley nothing we be done. HORRIBLE, Cancelled my move in the day of. after I tried very hard to make something happen...they Stated I had a concession(Move-IN Special) Never started I had 12 days to move in...I settled for the 12 day move in and made everything happen except for the fact of getting the security deposit, which was equivalent to one months rent. it was never mentioned that I had to mail the security deposit I am now out of 1,218.00 and a cancelled move in, with a signed lease. Second avenue has been an amazing company to work with . Jess smith the portfolio leasing manager is no JOKE . She met me when I first started applying and everything else has been history . She took her time receiving my information, along with following up with me everytime I txted her with a concern . Even WHEN it was out of her way and not her department !
