Job was fairly priced and work was done as explained and as expected. Workers were very professional and knew very well what they were doing. It's been close to a year now that the roof was installed and not a single issue and we hope it stays like that for many many years... I really have nothing negative to say. Very professional team. I hired them initially for just my roof but I found other things I needed repaired and they were able to take on the projects
Did what they said they would do, in a timely manner. No complaints.
Competitive pricing upfront for re-roof. All of the contractors I talked to though could have been more clear about the amount of plywood they would have to replace potentially and the potential cost. Did not get that cost until the roof was already being ripped off. Ran the magnet for cleaning up nails, but didn't do the best job. Found a handful still on my back deck.
