Let’s just say that the billing here is a total scam. Beware what you sign and beware what you pay in advance.
Am thinking about changing dentist . every time my bridge falls out it takes 1 to 2 weeks to get in to have it fixed this is not good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the worst dentist in the Sebring area. I recommend people to stay away from this place.
I recommend people to stay away from this place, very unprofessional staff. They’re always cancelling the apointments last minute. PR staff very rude as well. Also some dentists working there are offered as specialists in certain areas (i.e. Orthodontics) when they’re not.
We have been going to Sebring Family Dentistry for over 5 years now, and would recommend it to everyone. Before moving to Sebring 2 weeks ago, we traveled 55 minutes, one way, just to go to this dental practice. A couple of things that drew us to this practice were 1) the Dentist's bedside manner and her desire and priority that you are as comfortable as possible, and 2) the quality time that the Dentist spent with us examining us and explaining to us test results and treatment options. Being someone who works in the healthcare field as well I completely don’t understand the treatment for patients at this office. Every visit I have I am treated in a rude manner by the manager and desk lady. The manager told me she would help me with my insurance before I started braces treatment and now refuses to cooperate and gets annoyed whenever I ask her about my insurance. I came in to have a crown re-cemented into place and was directed and lead to believe that it could not be restored and that I’d have to spend $3000 CASH not credit card to purchase and have an implant put into my jaw. Upon obtaining a second opinion the crown was successfully re-cemented in place at a cost of less than $250.
Staff always polite, friendly and reassuring. Coming from someone who is always anxious about going to the dentist, this makes it so much more relaxing.
