AHHH!!! Uh - MaZINng!!!!! The service, the food, the ambience, and the sangria :) After living in Chicago, it's nice to have a place that taste's like top-notch food, but has a fun ambience in Lincoln! Will be back next Monday with a group of friends!
My husband and I tried Sebastian's for the first time last weekend. It took no time to designate this place as our new favorite restaurant. Everything was delicious, including the wine, and service was excellent!
Been here twice now. The olives remind me of the olives I had in Spain a couple of years ago. The spinach/gouda dip is absolutely top notch-very, very full flavored and creamy. The palella and duck comfit are more than worth a try. And it's all made right there as you order it so it's fresh. I'll have to keep going back to sample the rest of the menu.
