Build And Decor Construction completed our renovation professionally and on schedule. The team communicated well, paid attention to detail, and the finished work met our expectations. Overall, a smooth experience, and I would recommend them based on my experience.
I had water damaged window sills, walls that hadn't been painted for over a decade, rusting guardrails, rotting exterior trim, etc. Sebastian worked with me to plan a scope of work that got my condo back to a presentable condition while staying within budget and minimizing disruption for my work from home husband. Build and Decor got the job done quickly while addressing all my picky details.
Would give more stars if I could. Recently had the exterior of my house painted and some of the inside bedrooms. Sebastian and his crew offered a top rate service. Communication was excellent. The job was completed quickly and the final result was superb. And they couldn’t be beaten on the price. Will def use them again
We had the interior of our rental ADU repainted. Build and Decor did a spectacular job, beyond what we expected for the price. The team showed up on time, kept everything neat, finished on time and for the quoted price. All the wall surfaces are now perfect. They also cleaned all the appliances, windows, and skylights.
