Sebastian and his team did a great job repainting our house and doing some minor demo work. He kept us informed about progress and gave us realistic projections for completing the project. His team was detail-oriented and professional and we highly recommend them.
Our four story town home of twenty years was in need of work to prepare for sale. We found this marvelous team of men headed by Sebastian and team leader Dean. Twenty three hundred square feet of space, four an a half baths, a garage and laundry room were tackled by five men all working together and each knowing his job. We had a couple of special problems that needed attention, and they were handled with care. This is the kind of project, you try to do only once in a lifetime. Sebastian of Build and Decor Construction is simply the best! I truly enjoyed working with Sebastian on my rental property. He and his team did an excellent job painting the entire interior of the house along with installing new flooring in the primary bedroom, refinishing my kitchen cabinets and restaining a gate at the front of the house. Remodeling my house was a traumatic experience: contractors’ no show, “quick fix” below quality standards, high prices, constant requests for more money for “change order”, late performance, no QC etc…. I met Sebastian, very responsible person, showing up during the work in progress to inspect workers performance and quality. He did several jobs, including remodeling the kitchen: not the cheapest, but what is the price for peace of mind!!
Had a great experience! They painted interior of home two months ago and we were satisfied with the price, work, quality, and speed so we just had them paint our exterior. From the prep work to final touch ups and everything in between I’m extremely happy! Would hire them again!
