My go to General Contractor. Sebastian and his team get the job done like no other. They communicate, document, and execute like no other contractor I've worked with. This is why I'll continue to call them back for more work.
Build and Decor was referred to my by my neighbor who used them to paint there house. Sebastian came out and walked the property with me. He recommended things other contractors did not. The quote was very thorough and detailed the scope of work with time frames. One the contract was signed Sebastian provided updates daily on the status of the project. I was very impressed with the amount of communication I received. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.
Sebastian and his team did a great job repainting our house and doing some minor demo work. He kept us informed about progress and gave us realistic projections for completing the project. His team was detail-oriented and professional and we highly recommend them.
Our four story town home of twenty years was in need of work to prepare for sale. We found this marvelous team of men headed by Sebastian and team leader Dean. Twenty three hundred square feet of space, four an a half baths, a garage and laundry room were tackled by five men all working together and each knowing his job. We had a couple of special problems that needed attention, and they were handled with care. This is the kind of project, you try to do only once in a lifetime.
