Build and Decor was referred to my by my neighbor who used them to paint there house. Sebastian came out and walked the property with me. He recommended things other contractors did not. The quote was very thorough and detailed the scope of work with time frames. One the contract was signed Sebastian provided updates daily on the status of the project. I was very impressed with the amount of communication I received. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Sebastian and his team did a great job repainting our house and doing some minor demo work. He kept us informed about progress and gave us realistic projections for completing the project. His team was detail-oriented and professional and we highly recommend them.
