I am grateful I found a dentist. I am terrified and Dr Prickle and the hygienist made me comfortable. Cant leave out Joan that's fantastic with the insurance side. I am thankful!!!
If you are anywhere near Sebastian, Dr. Chapman should be your dentist. I've been traveling for years from out of town because of how difficult it is to find a dentist/doctor you feel comfortable with. I apologize if I'm not the easiest client, but I do appreciate the professionalism and honesty of you and your staff. What's coming in next door to you guys?
Most professional and friendly dental office. The staff is highly knowledgeable. By far the best dental office in Indian River County!
I went in to get a new bridge. Chapman completely changed my teeth!! I don't like the changes or the way my smile is now. It looks horrible and not like me! The bridge itself looks like he fabricated it in his garage. When I complained and asked for the same smile I came in with, he told me that my teeth are fine! He didn't care I was unhappy with the new look he alone decided to give me. I paid over $6,200.00!!! He eventually agreed to returning my smile for only $3,000.00!!! What a creep!
