Buenas tardes para todos los custumer de esta oficina que pena personas como Eilee silva sea representante se semana, la cual es una buena compañía, esta señorita lee compramos el año pasado una póliza de seguro para casa, la cual cometió fraude, y nunca mando el pago, a Citizens, so tuvimos seguro el 1er mes por la cantidad de dinero que mando la casa de titulo, pero el seguro se comunico con ella le reclamo y simplemente cancelaron la póliza y ella nunca nos comunico, simplemente para usar el dinero que se pagó en mony órd... read more
My one star is solely directed to the agent Eilee Silva. If I could put none I would. The most unprofessional and rude insurance agent I have ever had to deal with. I have never ever missed a payment never had a claim , yet every time I need to renew my insurance it becomes a game of cat and mouse. I have to call her an infinite number of times.
