My one star is solely directed to the agent Eilee Silva. If I could put none I would. The most unprofessional and rude insurance agent I have ever had to deal with. I have never ever missed a payment never had a claim , yet every time I need to renew my insurance it becomes a game of cat and mouse. I have to call her an infinite number of times.
