Being a new office. The owner’s Manuel & Massiel are doing an excellent job to make you feel welcomed and looking out for your best interest. They found great plans to work with my budget but also the protection and coverage I need. Will continue to do all my insurance needs with them.
Horrible business, took payment from my bank account even after I had cancelled the policy the month prior. They kept reassuring that my refund will be in my account soon, instead they deducted money from my account a second time. I never sign an authorization for automatic payment, yet they deducted the money anyway. Ridiculous!!!!
