Very poor communication, imports team refuses to pick up the phone to deal with customers, hides behind emails. hold times over 40min when i attempt to call.
Worst people to deal with, no proper communication and do not own what they messed up. If there is a zero start would probably give that. They delayed sending outturn report. No communication after multiple follow ups. Better avoid and save your time and money.
