If I could give 0 stars I would. I was a tenant for 5 years and as soon as Michele left they completely went downhill. Specifically in the last year or two I could never get ahold of Melanie (current property manager), ever. I would call and leave voicemails repeatedly, send multiple emails and finally Tristan would respond and say that Melanie had been on vacation or out of the office.
