Dr. Hackett is absolutely amazing. I am so sad to have to move after 3 1/2 years of being here. She has helped us tremendously and has found things other doctors missed including pneumonia in my toddler. She is insanely thorough and has spent minutes upon minutes just listening to chest sounds to make sure she doesn't miss anything. And she hasn't with us. We couldn't love this office more!!
We love Dr.Shannon! He takes his time, is attentive and VERY caring! His nurse Dominica and the front desk staff are very professional and kind. :-)
Our doctor is the best! but the phone answering crew is awful. They changed the way the phone system and calls are handled and it is extremely bad. The answering crew always seems to be stressed out and not helpful at all.
