Sea-View Optical is great I have purchased lenses for my existng frames from Seaview and after pricing the lens elsewhere, I found their prices to be excellent. On delivery, my lenses were made perfectly and I was an extremely satisfied customer. I have no problem recommending them as they are a plesure to deal with
SEA VIEW OPTICAL IS THE BEST These are the easiest people to deal with. Their prices on contact lenses are cheaper than any mail order company and they have them the next day! EXCELLENT SERVICE! GREAT PEOPLE!
Great staff & service! Needed to get an eye exam and also new sunglasses for fishing - this place was recommended by a friend so I thought I'd give them a try. Glad I did - great service, very pleasant & knowledgeable staff, plus received a better than good price on prescription Costa Del Mars! The ladies behind the counter were superb! Ignore the owner and just deal with the ladies - you'll be very happy you did.
Go to Sears instead. Wow, just wow. People told me to go here because the prices were really good, but only because they use garage sale quality product. This was a nice step up from going to Sears, but that isn't saying much at all. You could get a better eye exam over the phone than at this place.
SHOP ELSEWHERE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! My whole family & our neighbor bought glasses from Seaview & all but one of us has had issues with quality or poor workmanship or given lenses with totally the wrong prescription! When I went in to have mine repaired, the owner, Richard was very rude & unhelpful & refused to fix my glasses. I really recommed you save time, money & hassle & shop elsewhere.
Excellent Today I went into Sea View Optical for an eye exam and to purchase glasses. My eye exam was amazing and the service was great. The owner Richard Was very nice to me and my family while we wherein the store and he helped us very much. There is a reason why they were voted number 1 optical in Palm Beach county numerous times. BiPolar Service Place is really hit or miss. Sometimes you get great service other times it can be bad. Sometimes they'll honor a warranty...sometimes they can't be bothered. Sometimes they get the order right...other times it's way off (wrong lenses, wrong frames, etc). Sometimes they'll correct their mistakes...other times you have to complain. Excellent frames & designer sunglasses Seaview Optical wins hands down for superb customer service and personal attention. Owner Richard told us to compare his prices with the chain store on my optical plan. He was able to give us top of the line frames & lenses for less than the "special insurance" price. With Seaview, the add-ons still add up to savings.
