Colbey helped me with my purchase he wasn’t pushy and answered almost all my questions. However i had to edit my review because GMC Lynnwood is a joke I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership . When i bought the car it wasn't cleaned or detailed. (Not a major deal breaker, they filled the tank to make up for the dirty car) The first day i had the car i notice the sunroof didn't work and the driver side mirror kept popping out and falling off. So everything was going well, up until it wasn't. I was trying to buy a particular vehicle from this dealership from out of state. I already have approval with the local credit Union. Basically all I needed to do was submit some paperwork to the credit union from the dealership, the loan would fund and then I would fly up and drive the new to me vehicle home. Went in for a Factory recal, and one more simple programming, Didn't like their "hidden shop fees" an extra $35-$40 bucks that was never spoken about in the initial quote. Lame. Won't go back unless I have no other choice
