Dr Soon is Phenomenal. He is soft spoken and puts you at ease. He communicates with you during the whole procedure on what and why he is doing what he is doing. What feelings and smells you may soon be experiencing during the procedure. Jenny and Vanessa, his assistants, were beyond wonderful. They both cared for me as I was one of their own Family members. I take my mother-in-law to Dr. Soon at The Skin Clinic, and we always leave feeling so well cared for. He and his staff are consistently friendly and kind, and they take the time to listen and answer every question we have. Always greeted and taken care of by professional individuals. A very well oiled establishment that takes great strides to make the patient feel confident in their care.
Dr. Soon and his staff have been the best Dr's office I have been to in my life. I see him no less than every 3 months, and have had many procedures, including Mose surgeries. Minimal pain and minimal scarring. He takes his time to explain why the procedure is necessary. You cannot find a better dermatologist to take care of your skin issues, especially skin cancers.
I had a scar revision procedure with Dr. Soon, and the experience was exceptional. His precision, professionalism, and clear communication made me feel completely at ease. The outcome is remarkable, my scar is significantly improved and far more natural‑looking. I highly recommend Dr. Soon to anyone considering scar revision.
