I was very pleased with my experience there. I would say it is unique and one-of-a-kind and I believe that is a Good Thing. The staff was very polite and professional (while being attractive & cute) I am a skater and I know what to look for and for the low expense price that they asked I immediately paid enthusiastically buying a board so much that I bought 3 you know just in case.
