A TOTAL SCAMMER I suspect this fellow spends most of his time posting the good reviews that you see here on this site.My experience has been like so many of the BAD reviews: he took my TV and a hefty deposit, and did nothing. Eventually, I went and got my TV back, unfixed, and asked for a refund.It's been a month, and I've still not received a refund, and I'm proceeding into small claims action against the firm.While I was there picking up my TV, a couple showed up who also wanted their TV back.I'll update this as my action ... read more

Fair, Fast, Friendly and Fair-priced! Called for a repair, the Tech. was out the next day. They were fast to assist me, took the time to explain things, make me feel comfortable and displayed all prices upfront.They went out of their way to deliver my fixed TV to me earlier to accomodate my schedule. It was great Red Carpet service from start to finish. I am happy with the repairs, the price and knowing they stand behind their work!

Very fast and affordable On tuesday of last week my 50" vizio plasma went out i had sound but no picture what so ever. I was starting to panic since i had family coming in from out of town for the superbowl and my husbands birthday. Don'tusethiscompanyverybadbusiness My TV broke and we called Seattle TV out to the house and Roger promised to have it repair and charged $450 and after few months Roger keeps telling us the parts he ordered was a bad parts and he has to order it again. Finally after another month he called and told us the TV is not repairable and would refund only part of the cost. Seattle TV,your guy (Roger) is just to good "wow" I am really,really,satisfied with the work he did on my 60" Hitachi TV.The box at the back blew up,and I lost the sound (volume).Roger work on it and got it fix straight away.People I recommend him,he is highly trained and the cost was reasonable.Thank you seattle TV for your very iffeciant staff.

Repairs on our samsong TV These guys are great!! Our Samsong TV would not turn on anymore. John came out to the house on a Saturday, took the TV apart at the house, gave us an estimate right there. He put TV back together said he would take it with him, he had parts instock for it and would have it back on the following Monday. He called twice on Monday saying that everything was on schedule and that he would deliver it that evening. Very Poor business - Dont use this company I engaged Seattle TV repair in January for repair of my Philips Plasma Ambilight TV. Roger was the service technician. I pre-paid the estimate. after a month, i began calling for a status. Roger kept telling me the tv was in quality testing. Followed by repeated failures. in March, i was told the TV cannot be repaired and would return to me. I asked for them to dispose of the tv and return the Comcast Cable Card from the TV.
