Give Up If you are reading this you are probably a victim of the Herrera family through one of there TV repair stores. BEWARE! I only give this business 1 star because 0 stars in not an option. Our 46” Samsung LCD died on us last March 2012 and we decided to see if it was repairable since it cost us SO much and it was only 6 years old! Roger came to the house and said he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was and he took our $599 and our TV. Fast forward 15 months later! We knew after 3 months that this was going to be a train wreck and bought a new TV. I continued to call at least a couple of times a month and rarely got a call back... read more

worst experience being ripped of ever!! Took my tv and cashed my check and its been over two months with not aswering phone calls and now I have to go to court toget my money and tv back....run run run

Should be less than one star for sure. These 4 & 5 star ratings crack me up. You don't even know when you've been had. This is the worst bunch of liars and rip-off artists I have ever met. Roger took my money up front with no intention of ever coming back. I realize they don't care if they are sued or not but I'm going to do it anyway. I got took for over $1000.00. Buyer beware....I complained to the BBB and they said get in line. They gave them a "F". It pays to check these crooks out first.

My Sad History With Seattle TV Repair, INC 10/09/2011 – I paid $1012.78 to Seattle TV Repair, INC. to fix my TV in two weeks as stated by Roger. I got the TV back two months later. It worked for six weeks and then began having the same problem I’d paid to be fixed. I couldn’t get the company to honor its advertized six-month warranty on parts and labor. 05/01/2012 – I went to small claims court and entered into a mediation agreement with Seattle TV Repair, INC. RUN! DO NOT USE!!!! RUN! This has by far been THE WORST experience of any service I've EVER done business with. I'm actually filing a complain with the better business bureau. Seattle TV Repair scheduled someone to come out and take our TV, said they would have no problem repairing it for a delivery about 6 business days later (this is aside from the fact that they completely missed their proposed window to show up, showing up 25 minutes after the end of the agreed slot).They have now had my TV for three weeks, I've called o... read more

David Rosales is a crook I ordered a lamp for my mitsubishi 60 " dlp tv from David Rosales in early june 2012.Brought the lamp home put it in and the tv didnt work. I called tv repair time and talked to David Rosales and explained to him that the lamp did not work. the next day he came to my house and told me it was the digital board assembly and it would cost 350.00 including labor. DO NOT USE SEATTLE YV REPAIR This was the absolute WORST customer service experience of my entire life!! Roger was real quick to come out and diagnose the problem on my TV and was not able to fix it on site, so had to take it back to his shop, this was on a monday.
