Horrible customer service. I felt unwelcome the minute I walked into the store. When asking one of the employees a question, he replied with a rude remark and continued watching the game on television. I am unsure why they are even open -- if selling sport gear to customers is an inconvenience to them.

YOU GUYS SUCK, I RETURNED A SUPERBOWL 48 JERSEY 2 YEARS AGO AND CAMEBACK TO USE MY GIFTCARD AND IT HAS $0 ON IT. ON TOP OF THAT I'VE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THEY COULD DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. I JUST LOST $150 WOW.. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR GIFT CARD AFTER RETURNS OR PURCHASES GUYS. DONT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY LIKE THEY DID TO ME. THEY WONT EVEN OFFER TO GIVE BACK ANYTHING AFTER THE WHOLE ISSUE.
