Dr Gozo and her staff are wonderful. I had been seeing Dr. Kean Lawlor for 25 years and was referred to Dr. Gozo as Dr. Lawlor is focusing more on surgical issues. Dr. Gozo and her team are a fun group and I think they find me entertaining as well, hopefully. 5 stars for Dr. Gozo and her team. John

8 years ago their Mill Creek clinic put me in a room w a gown on and then cancelled my appointment without explaining why. They told me they didn't want me as a client, so don't make another appointment. Insurance snafu? The rejection made me deeply depressed and I purchased a scalpel and DID MY OWN SURGERY on this awkward back shoulder spot w my left hand. Painful and healed roughly.
