Everything was just as it should be (prompt, friendly, listening, informative), except for the location problem. Having two different Frontier Dermatologies with the same name and the same doctors listed on the websites, but in two different buildings with two different websites and phone numbers, is confusing. Perhaps your websites could place more emphasis on the difference between the Pacific location and the Stevens Health Center location, especially since they used to be on two floors in the same building.
