I did 1 IUI with the clinic and it worked. They made my dream come true. Overall the staff is very friendly and 10/10 for all the nurses and support staff at this clinic. I had only 2 virtual meeting with my provider/doctor so cant really comment about that but the staff is very friendly, full of patience and cooperative.
Like another reviewer mentioned, the new pricing at Seattle Reproductive Medicine is outrageous—and potentially unethical. For patients without fertility coverage, everything is paid out-of-pocket, and SRM seems to take advantage of that vulnerability. Originally, I was quoted $175 (January 2025) for a mid-cycle ultrasound. Now that cost has jumped to $650 (April 2025) - regardless of how many ultrasounds you have. However, my experience with Dr. Ward was deeply disappointing. The care over the years that I have been with this clinic was good until my miscarriage where it was handled horribly and I almost died. Then gave a new Dr. here a chance and have quite enjoyed my care with her and my nurse. Today I received notice that their pricing is going from $175/TIC to $650 and all you get is an ultrasound and IF you get pregnant then a blood draw. They take forever to get back to you. Procedures like IUI and IVF are time bound and they do not accommodate time sensitive requests/queries. I guess it is not much to ask from a care provider.
