This MINI dealer is wonderful! Zack in the service dept. is awesome! Yes you pay a little more, but you have piece of mind knowing that your MINI is in great hands!

Checking my car for any beauty issues before service. The advisor said my rims had scratches. No, they don't. It's dirt. :( Last service visit here, I hope.
Worst service department around. Try Northwest Mini's service department much better service department. Seattle Mini has a great sales team though.
So many service, so little people and time each and every time. Good MINi Weak Support. Tacoma is too far. I'm not sucking this up. So, I'm existing the group because of service after 2yrs.
