Worst service. I called the number, and the staff answered with such careless attitude—it feels like the bar for picking up calls here is way too low. This is my first ever negative review, but I’ve really had enough.
Swedish hospital is a great place to stay! And I do live here!
I spent a few days here for cardiac surgery. I was pleased with the most important part which in my opinion is the surgeon and their team as well as the anesthesiologist. All good from surgery side of things. In the ICU there was a new nurse that was allowed to do things alone with me and that did not make me feel safe. His English was not good. I just wanted to share my incredible experience at the Swedish Hospital, Cherry Hill. I was visiting from another state when I had a stroke, and let me tell you, the care I received was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived with the wonderful EMTs, everyone was so caring and concerned about my well-being. The emergency room team was also amazing, with nurses like Parker and Christopher M.
