if i could give zero stars, i would. the car & driver served their purposes. the issue is/was Garri, who coordinated the reservation. Garri seemed nice until after the fact when i was charged $200 more than what i was quoted in what ended up being unexplained fees (neither by Garri, nor the document i received & signed). when calling to dispute, Garri admitted he simply chose not to tell me before the booking about these potential fees because he just assumed it didn't matter based on our anticipated trip time. at that time,... read more
