“Jeff” (He left no last name) sends unsolicited sales calls and texts wanting to line up a “qualified buyer” interested in buying a property I own, without verifying if phone numbers are on the do not call list. This guy is in violation of federal law by sending these texts and calls. These are terrible, predatory and ILLEGAL practices and I cannot recommend him to anyone.
Ron Rubin was fabulous and the response time was quick. I inquired about some property in Lynnwood and even though they only work in the Seattle area he still took time to call and answered many questions and gave me leads. It is much appreciated. Thank you Ron.
