Good communication, nice crew, left site tidy. New furnace and heat pump work great. Easy to call office and get a live human. Would recommend.
I spent 4 months in communication with Seattle Heating and Cooling, expecting them to handle my warranty claim, after original company went bankrupt, Richard, sales guy they will take care of this. After months of being 'jerked around' with vague timelines and poor communication, never returning my phone calls or texts, they revealed they are not authorized to do the work.
