Great doctor was very helpful and answers all of my wife questions.
I have been having ongoing issues. Dr. Hoy was able to see me same day. He was a little rougher than I had hoped for. However he did not prescribe anything till my lab sample came back. And said sample was turned around in about 36 business hours. Great staff and nice guy. Seems to now his stuff!
Patient Beware! Poor communication, misleading charges and prescription of items not needed! Dr prescribes orthotics with quality and durability issues. My orthotics fell apart after a few months which resulted in aggravating my foot condition. They offered to fix them, but failed to mention that I would be charged for each visit to get the new ones to fit correctly. After two visits, they still don't fit properly and my only option it to pay to have them adjusted further. After some back and forth the Dr also decided I don’... read more
