Don’t spend money on an ebike without visiting here first. You will get an education on the whys and wherefores and be making a better choice on a large purchase
They phoned to say our bike is ready, but we can’t get it. No one picks up the phone. 2 calls on Tuesday; 2 calls on Wednesday. Meanwhile no bike joy.
I want to give a huge shout out of THANKS to both the Seattle and Bothell stores. If you're looking to buy an E-Bike, this is place to purchase it! Thank you Ken, Jim, Stephan for all your sales assistance. And, a big thank you to Alex for repairing and replacing a handlebar piece. I love my Bulls Cross Mover Wave and getting reacquainted again with cycling has been a blast. The sales and service is A+ and you all deserve 10's! Thank you again for everything.
I was up at the new Bellingham store, looking for a bike to carry me around Orcas Island this summer, and was thrilled to find an eager, friendly, and knowledgeable staff whose first priority was getting me a bike that fit me best. They walked me through all the steps to use, charge, and care for the bike I selected, and showed great interest in making sure I had every resource at my disposal to getting the most out of my sweet new ride! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

We weren't sure at first but the friendly, knowledgable staff warmed us over and showed us some clearance bikes with tons of torque to climb hills. We found ourselves purchasing two new ebikes on sale, couldn't say no. The cheap rear hub motors don't come close... read more
Best North West Trail Commute bike ever! In this picture, the camera is level. On my old bike, I could ride down this hilly horse trail but never back up it. I would have to take the street which has a more gradual climb. A lot of people around Puget Sound live on a 400 foot hill, while offices and commerce tend to be down in the river flats. This bike and other pedal assist bikes make everyday commuting up and down the hill a lot of fun. Before, 3 days a week was enough to tire me out. Now I get a solid workout everyday for... read more
