I have rarely had to wait more than 5-10 minutes. Everyone is friendly and efficient. they have equipment I've never seen before and the technology involved speeds things up. I am happy to have found this clinic.
I have gone to Pacific Dental for years and now feel like they are 'family'. The dental work is top flight, and everyone who works at the front desk is friendly and efficient.

I have been going to Pacific Dental for nearly 5 years now. The dentists, assistants, hygienists and support staff all know how to provide superb patient care. I have had 5 crowns done to date and at each appointment I have been treated with the utmost care and compassion. I really appreciate the time taken to explain the process as well as always making certain that I am comfortable and doing okay during the procedure. Dr. Nguyen and his team of hygienists do great work. My family has been seeing them for years and they help us maintain our oral health. They make good use of updated technology, if needed, such as the in-office crown making machine. They do not rush into treatment when dental situations can be monitored. Front desk staff are also thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Dr. Nguyen and his staff are really great!! I would never think of going anywhere else. Anna cleaned my teeth the other day and was very gentle and kind. Great office staff who always remember me and makes me feel special.
Dr Mozami created the most perfectly fitting crown I have had. She was attentive to my comfort and worked very efficiently. Highly recommended!
So, I've changed dental plans twice to stay with Dzon Nguyen and his office. I'm a sarcastic smartass and I feel right at home there. Also I HATE mouth injections and this guy does the best ones I've ever had. Period. Just the right amount of painkiller in the right place without much needle pain. He's also smiley and friendly and very welcoming and knows his shit. :)
