Must return w/i 30 days, but if there's a repair issue they'll make you send it back to the manufacturer which will take 30 days in and of itself. Still have problems? They don't care. Got their $ and they'll shrug you off.
Very rude staff, I was discussing price match with the sales rep Nicole and the agent hung up on me because I just asked them why they are refusing even though the sales Manage said she will price match the item. Will never buy from such business and who are so rude to sell an item, image what will be their behavior if call back for support.

Beware.... Many years ago offered good repair service. More recently exactly the opposite. You do not want to send your machine to these people for repair. Mine recently took 3 months, came back in worse shape than I sent it. Along the way, passive/aggressive responses from management and the repair center. Multiple broken promises and fumbled work that forced me to to deal directly with Phillips who now own Saeco to finally get it working properly away from Seattle Coffee Gear.
