FYI- this location is by *APPOINTMENT ONLY* (honestly the facility operators should have signs stating that it is by appointment only for urgent care, there are NO SIGNS stating urgent care is by appointment only, so I can understand the frustration from many parents) We brought our son here because after a couple visits to 3 urgent cares, they don't have equipment for x-rays for anyone under 65lbs/or his age (3). Dr Shushan and her team took care of our 4 month old daughter promptly and with great, thorough care. She listened to our concerns and what we’d been experiencing (not just recently but since her birth), and casted a wide net of testing and X-rays to rule out anything serious. We did not have any long wait times and everyone was so friendly and communicative. Not only did they update us with results via mychart, but called to talk them through and answer any questions. We are so glad we went here to be seen!!
Had to wait over an hour past appointment time and they bill you for urgent care and as an outpatient so I had to pay 4x my normal urgent care co-pay. Staff was fine, but billing and wait times are ridiculous
Understaffed all the time
Worst place to take ur kid in case of any medical issues...they dont care about your child's health!!
