Just a heads up to other parents. This isn't really an Urgent Care that takes "walk-ins" I brought my son in and they asked if I had an appointment. I said no that I thought it was an Urgent Care walk-in. They offered me an "appointment" and the soonest was 3.5hrs. Just wanted to share so someone else doesn't show up thinking that can be seen without an appointment.
took a long time and i complained of an ear infection, was sent home without treatment, then had to go to a different clinic days later because it didnt go away

I had the worst experience of my life with my daughter here yesterday, our doctor was Mary O'Connor. I brought my daughter in to ensure she didn't have an infection because she's been sick for nearly a week with a fever on and off. I was pressured horribly to do tests and certain things I was not comfortable with and were unnecessary. The doctor was incredibly condescending and rude.
