The whole visit experience is okay. Problem with the billing and this is a notice to the upcoming family: for urgent care visits they bill through two claims, one from hospital facility and one from medical provider. So it will come out as two copays for one single visit. Called the insurance and the hospital billing many times, their says change from "insurance should handle it" to "it has been like this for years so you should know".
