I purchase my first Cobalt this past October and I wasn't ready to take delivery until this past week. The sales side (Shane) and the delivery by Tommy was nothing less than a first-class service from start to finish.
The best boat buying experience in the Northwest! Shane was wonderful to work with through the whole process and really made us feel like friends rather than a transaction. Months after our purchase, they are still reaching out making sure we are having a great experience. We recently bought a boat on consignment through SBC. Our salesperson was Macey who was excellent and professional through the entire process. She was very responsive both in person and through email and worked with us and the owner on price. They repaired necessary items to our expectations prior to delivery. In addition, since we had to purchase a trailer through a third party (The vintage of Cobalt boats we purchased didn’t come with trailers) we had to store the boat with SBC until the trailer arrived which they did for ... read more
