Bought a 22lsv from Shane and was probably the best boat buying experience I’ve had. Spoke with him had it inspected and did deal remote in a couple days. Boat is awesome!
SBC is an excellent company to work with! They made me feel like I was their only customer! They delivered a high level of customer service! Macey was excellent with my demands being an out of state buyer! Lauren was very responsive having to deal with the paperwork side of things. I can’t say enough about those two! I felt part of the family during my purchase experience!
We visited Seattle Boat Company's awesome display at the sprint boat show. We met Serafin there, who walked and talked with us about various boat models that might be a good fit. Eventually we landed on a "new to us" 2018 22' Malibu in great condition that was in SBC's resale inventory. We didn't rush to buy, because we wanted to make sure it was the right decision, and over the course of a few weeks Serafin answered a lot of questions about the boat, had us out for a test drive and later an on-land inspection. I had the absolute best experience with SBC. I worked with Shane on the type of platform that was best for me and family for water sports. He had vast experience and was very knowledgeable, helpful during our time testing boats. He displayed great patience and I never felt pressured into anything at all.
