Paul, the owner, was great all around and a pleasure to do business with. This was my first time buying a car from a used dealer, and he made it very simple without any negative experiences. He was very accommodating in meeting me/waiting for me beyond his normal business hours so I could drive down from Bellingham to test drive a car. They are kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They answered all my questions in a timely manner... and went above and beyond reaching out to Tesla to get some additional peace of mind for me. The entire experience was completely relaxed and straightforward. They didn't pressure me at all. They offered me the exact amount for my car I expected... which was what KBB and other sites listed as trade in value. 10/10 would recommend. I bought a used 2014 Chevy Volt here that was priced lower than any of the other local Volts for sale with less miles. They did not use any pressure sales tactics, and we were in and out of the dealership very fast. Less than a week later, the ABS light came on. Even though I did not purchase a warranty, I brought the car in and they stayed late to fix it for free within 24 hours. Paul was one of the the easiest salespeople I’ve ever worked with. The car was priced fairly within its rebuilt status, after closely examining the before pictures, looked to be repaired correctly, and after putting 4000 miles on it in its first two months, has given me zero signs of trouble. Paul answered my questions quickly, wasn’t pushy with the sale or any “add ons” during the closing. I felt he was as straightforward as you can be from start to finish.
