If you want service, Seatram may not be for you. Contacted the company on 3 occasions to get a quote. Apparently no matter how many times you follow up, nothing happens. Resorted to contacting two other freight forwarders. Both quoted within 24hours.Two stars is probably too generous.
I've been using Seatram for my customs clearance for a number of years now. I have also used their warehousing on occasion when our business has been at capacity. I won't go anywhere else. Their professionalism and integrity is ingrained throughout all their whole business and their people.
