OMG! Don't forget to top off on gas before you return your vehicle - $9 gallon!!! Seriously?
First time back since it opened and all the shuttle drivers are super friendly. I also felt like the process was super streamlined making for a good experience. However, it's a bit out of the way.
Give yourself and extra 30 minutes the shuttle wait until they are completely full before taking off.
Rent offsite. $6 a day facility charge for something you spend maybe a half hour in isn't worth it.
Poor design. Inconvenient. Bad feng shui.
Top off that car before you turn it in, or else you'll be charged EXCESSIVE fees for gas.

Gorgeous new facility!! Love the fact that even away from the terminal, it only takes 10 mins to get to. The return area is convenient too!
How to ruin a once-convenient airport. Build an expensive, giant bldg 20 minutes away from the airport and stick all the rental cars there.
