Not super convenient to have to take a bus to/from rental car area. But it is closer than many other airport car rental locations.

Don't forget to check your car for damages BEFORE you leave the facility.

Here's the trick when you're bringing back a rental. The return entrance is the tiny one after the giant, very publicized one the rental buses use. Already make the obvious mistake? U-turn then LEFT!

Fill up your own car...they overcharge with filling it up themselves.

I love this design. All rental companies under one roof and a single shuttle that takes you there and back from the airport. Brilliant!

All the Hertz electronic rental kiosks were non op and the 4 desk clerks ran at the pace of Pre-lunch time DMV folk. Escalators drop you off in a vast expanse of poorly-designated rental car stalls.

Shuttle to North Terminal is 4 minutes from the facility. Plan accordingly. Top off your tank before, give yourself an extra 15 minutes for delays. Not nearly as inconvenient as other airports.
