Be careful...don't let the signs out front trick you into going down to the lower levels before you've visited the rental desks! Saw a lot of people head for elevators to lower levels.
Dreadful. Like a soviet era building. Long bus ride from terminal.

Shuttles every 5 minutes!!!!
Nee facility. Off airport with buses. Bus pick up location is hella far from the main terminal, but the airport is pretty so the trek is pleasant.b
Bathrooms are cleaner and less busy then the airport
I have no idea why the rental car facility is so far from the airport, although the bus ride is quite nice, depending on the weather.
