I am a resident of Seasons Gardens in Lethbridge. Living in a care facility is a huge adjustment and takes time. Our location is wonderful in that we are within walking distance of a shopping centre, banks, stores, and eateries, and drug stores—at least for those that can still walk! We have had fun managers of the highest calibre offering music, films, special outings, speakers, and picnics. I have lived here for 5 years now and though I love having the activities and community of people, the company "Seasons" should not be allowed to run Seniors homes. There are many issues we have faced here and very few ever get resolved by Seasons. Staff turn over is constant, and in the past 5 yrs, we have been through approximately 6 maintenance people, 4-5 managers, several "cooks" whos qualifications are scanty, 5 recreational managers, 4-6 bus drivers. Melissa was informative, friendly, and has a great personality. She answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable and part of the community. She even invited us to one of the events.
