Melissa was informative, friendly, and has a great personality. She answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable and part of the community. She even invited us to one of the events.

Sonni and here entire staff are very professional and curious. Pleasure dealing with them.
We moved my Mom in here with great expectations in 2020. Since that time there has been constant staff turnover. They have gone through 5 managers, 5 fun managers, 4 or 5 bus drivers with no service between hiring and firing. Housekeeping constantly changes and the maintenance manager has changed 6 times now. The food is abysmal, and again they have not been able to retain a head cook for any decent time.
