We worked with Becca and her team through the search for and purchase of a condo. From the beginning, Becca was attentive to our needs and worked to find the right fit for our situation. During the closing process, we ran into some issues with condo HOA documentation required by the lender, which put at risk the time scheduled for closing. Becca was solid to work with! She was very knowledgeable and was able to get us under contract in ten days. Which is amazing considering the tough pocket market we lived in.
