Excellent maintenance I had an issue with my sink and the service to take care of it was prompt and well managed. Good work
Do not move here Do not move here. I have been a resident for nearly two years. The walls are thin enough to hear your neighbors sneeze (literally). The property manager changed since I first moved in and is difficult to work with. There are plenty of better places downtown to spend your rent money
Current Resident I have lived here for nearly two years now, and it's been great! The location is convenient, pretty close to TRAX. The units also have gas stoves, which is a bonus. The best part, though, is the maintenance guy, Tim. I've put in requests late at night and had Tim swing by first thing in the morning.
Great location ***** We recently moved into this apartment. Property is very nice with your own covered parking. The best part about this apartment is Tim, a very nice and caring man who would go out of his way to help us in the middle of the night when we did not have any hot water. Apparently, Libray Square changed Management and so we ended up in an ADA apartment, but all worked out beautifully and thanks to Melia. They both handle our problem professionally. Above and beyond Safe and clean, maintenance is very fast and friendly.
Amazing place to live. Seasons at Library Square is probably one the best apartments in town. It's clean, has great facilities, you can use the gym and spa anytime, great management, very good people, very secured since it's quite near the police station, security keys and automatic door lock are pretty tight cuz its very convenient, and very accessible to just anywhere you need to be. Just a few blocks from groceries, restaurants and downtown malls. I totally recommend this apartment for short and long term deals.
This place is awesome!!! The interior of the rooms make you feel like you're first class. And the staff, more importantly the manager, is awesome and work with you on common problems and more specific needs. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10!!!!
Past resident I lived here for a brief stint while I was doing an internship, and can I just say how great of an experience it was! I was so worried about moving and finding a place that would make me feel safe and comfortable, this is just that! Issa (the property manager) was so polite and made the transision of moving in and out so easy and effortless on my part! The maintence staff was on top of everything and helped me set up my internet on all my devices! Thank you seasons staff! You guys rock!!
I love Seasons at Library Square Yes , I love this community because seasons at Library Square has a Great staff! Because they are so friendly, also Great location and amenities. Safe property and Very well clean. I recommend this apartment community to anyone who's looking for place here in downtown SLC.
