I happened to be in the process of transitioning all of our doctors in my family to a AHN. I will say when I first started coming to this office things were OK, but today I walk in only to find out that my appointment magically disappeared. Earlier in the month, I received a phone call from their office asking if I would move my afternoon appointment to 9:30 AM because they were planning to close the office early for Thanksgiving. Been having issues for weeks, and am having pain. I tried to let it resolve on its own, but no luck. I was told I have to wait four more days to be seen
I've been going here for years now and always enjoyed everyone. I got pregnant back in April and everyone was great, especially Emily Kimball, CRNP. I'd been seeing Dr. Bishop for my gynecological needs and always liked her.. Until I got pregnant. Appointments were rushed, nobody ever did a fundal height measurement on me until 28 weeks, nor did anyone point out what parts of the baby were on my belly until I hired a midwife. I can’t thank them enough for being a great healthcare office! Even if they’re booked for the day and I’m in an emergency, they do whatever they can to help - My favorite doctor is Alvarado- Reagans, both NPs Hrabosky (she was so sweet and asked if I was wearing my seatbelt :-)) & Kimball are AMAZING and nurse Bree. Even the front office are the most patient. Thanks ladies for being awesome.
