Negative experience with a nurse practitioner over the phone as I tried to schedule an appointment. She was dismissive and didn't ask questions or provide information about the medical concern I was calling about, telling me I needed to go to the ER -- not out of concern but with the attitude of "we don't have time to deal with you." She only begrudgingly agreed to schedule an appointment with me after I asked. My conversation with this staff member made the issues 10x worse. I’ve been going to seasons for over 10 years. I have no complaints with this practice and I’m a very particular person.
The absolute best, from GYN to OB. So so grateful for them. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctors is amazing.
I'm a huge fan of this practice, especially Dr. Alvarado Regans. First, if you're not pregnant, you will still see a doctor for your visits. This was not the case at another practice I went to. Second, they were awesome when I was pregnant. A friend of mine who was an obgyn nurse at West Penn said this practice has a great reputation. I had a very good experience. I happened to be in the process of transitioning all of our doctors in my family to a AHN. I will say when I first started coming to this office things were OK, but today I walk in only to find out that my appointment magically disappeared. Earlier in the month, I received a phone call from their office asking if I would move my afternoon appointment to 9:30 AM because they were planning to close the office early for Thanksgiving.
