Always have exactly what I need for impromptu arrangement purchases to stay out of the “dog house” with my lovely wife. They have great skill and are very nice to interact with. I really appreciate them and their work.
Awesome florist. Beautiful plant. Florist even called me relative to my request. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Definitely a personalized experience. Would highly recommend.
I haven't purchased from Seasons yet, but a bouquet was delivered to my physical therapy office 2 weeks ago and every time I come in, I'm bowled over that they look as fresh as day one. So my next florist purchase will definitely be from seasons. Photos are 2 weeks apart.
I ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter from a florist that had to transfer my order to Season's to fulfill. Attached is what I ordered vs what I got. The woman I spoke to, to let them know I was a little disappointed I didn't get what I ordered was very rude, told me I didn't have a legitimate complaint, take it up with the other florist, and hung up. I am appalled that you would speak to a customer this way. Never again!
What is so important to me is when an issue arises—how does the business make it right . . . My husband bought me a flower arrangement for Valentine’s Day. I won’t go into the details about the arrangement, but on Monday morning I stopped by Seasons to share my experience with them.
