I ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter from a florist that had to transfer my order to Season's to fulfill. Attached is what I ordered vs what I got. The woman I spoke to, to let them know I was a little disappointed I didn't get what I ordered was very rude, told me I didn't have a legitimate complaint, take it up with the other florist, and hung up. I am appalled that you would speak to a customer this way. Never again!
What is so important to me is when an issue arises—how does the business make it right . . . My husband bought me a flower arrangement for Valentine’s Day. I won’t go into the details about the arrangement, but on Monday morning I stopped by Seasons to share my experience with them. My sole intent was for them to be aware of this issue so that it wouldn’t come up with another customer. Booked a few days ahead of time and called, picked up very easily! Very friendly, easy communication, fast pickup! Look how great they turned out! Highly recommend Seasons Florist to anyone in the market for flowers!
