Professional, quick, fast response time, friendly, reasonably priced. Had a great experience with this company, couldn’t recommend them enough. My AC wasn’t working and it was in the 90’s that day and I have a 10 month old and we were miserable. I saw a truck with their business name and number on it in my neighborhood and called them immediately and they had someone come out and look at my AC within an hour which I was not expecting. Hard working, responsive, attention to detail, good communication. Top notch. Seasons Change tore out old, failing ductwork and replaced with rigid steel. They also replaced the old heat pump and air handler. Jon works on behalf of customers to obtain Energy Trust of Oregon benefits. The system is now quiet, efficient and heats and cools the whole house evenly. We highly recommend the service of Seasons Change.

I purchased a hyper-heat mini split heat pump back in November. I just love this unit. But mostly, the customer care and professionalism by Victor and all down at the service center. Well, my house dropped to -8 degrees and my unit started to freeze up, still blowing warm air, so I called Victor and he came right out and checked the unit and explained in detail of how it was working and doing it’s job. Victor also gave me helpful tips. Again over the top in excellence! Victor you can sit at my campfire anytime!

I needed to replace both our 24 year old furnace and AC. After getting 3 bids- Seasons Change came recommended by a friend - and they literally saved me about 5K! Both Jon and Ryan are true professionals and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and fixed the minor issues that I had at no extra charge. Amazing! : )
