We have had a wonderful experience living at The Seasons apartment building. The building and grounds are always well-maintained, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the community safe, clean, and welcoming. The manager for 590 Sterling Lyon pky is amazing. Our family moved here from another country. The manager is in a problem-resolved pace for our application and move-in process, very flexible with our request. Our whole family feel be welcomed. The apartment is clean and tidy, great view to the lake. It's closed to Ikea and grocery shopping. We lived on 3rd floor; we didn't hear any noise from upstairs or neighbors. When I moved in, the manager Quinn gave me a paper listing the damages, including the kitchen cabinet doors and a cracked sink. I still have that paper. When I moved out, there was a different manager, Alan, and I showed him that these damages were already there. He said, “OK, no problem, we have that noted too.” But later I was charged $340 for their repair. It feels very unfair and upsetting. I lived there with my family for two years. My wife and I had been trying to schedule a viewing of available apartments, and after finally getting an appointment set for the following month, we arranged our schedules and took days off work just for that visit.
