I’ve had a great experience with Broadstreet Properties so far. The building is well-maintained, clean, and located in a great area. Any concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Alvin, our property manager, who has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. He always goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear he truly cares about the residents. Highly recommend!
Thanks to friendly Alvin Cruz for amazing service at open house hours. He provided all the information and showed me the available suites that I could pick up which one I liked. He was very patient and professional answering all my questions. I will recommend him as a person to work with if you are looking for a new home
We appreciate our manager, Alvin—he’s helpful when we need him and always friendly. It makes living here nice. The apartment’s kept clean and well maintained too. Love it!
I loved living here. All the staff are great from the building manager, Quin, to the maintenance and cleaning staff. They are friendly and very helpful.
