We're extremely disappointed in the workmanship of our new build. There was no pride taken in the building of our home at all. The construction crew left behind saw blades in our back yard buried under dirt. Trash and nails that were just thrown about for us to clean up. Happy we got to all of this before our dogs were injured. They painted our interior walls with primer and not paint. So we now need to repaint our entire interior. Richmond warranty is awful! We did our walk through in December and found some issues. I immediately noticed the back patio was finished sloppy and had fall towards the house. This was weeks long argument that they wanted to keep me with, finally repoured one half of the joint which 2 months later cracked and the warranty department says “it’s repaired”.
