We recently moved from out of state to NM. During our home search, we found the new build homes at Richmond Amercan's Seasons at Monarch neighborhood of the Mariposa community. We had some very specific needs and went to the Sales office. We expected it to be a very short conversation, assuming what we needed would not be available. Bad Purchasing Experience - Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with the purchasing process with Richmond American and literally no communication from the builder unless I initiated it. The VP Of Operations needed to do the walk through because they terminated the construction manager, the construction manager never responded unless I was onsite and had tracked him down, the salesperson was transferred and had no stake in the sales process.
