Bad Purchasing Experience - Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with the purchasing process with Richmond American and literally no communication from the builder unless I initiated it. The VP Of Operations needed to do the walk through because they terminated the construction manager, the construction manager never responded unless I was onsite and had tracked him down, the salesperson was transferred and had no stake in the sales process.
