This is without a doubt one of the worst companies I have every encountered. When you can even get ahold of a real person, they are rude, misleading and frankly uncoopertive. They will sell you a bill of goods which they cannot deliver on. If you must rent a senoir apartment, there are far better people to work with. The management is young and very rude. They should not, under any circumstances be working with the elderly.
