Mrs. Donna in the office is extremely rude! Wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone.
Windsong is the most run-down, overpriced place I've ever lived. the first thing the staff told me was a lie, August 2014. The last thing the staff told me was a lie, February 2019. rude, unprofessional management. incompetent maintenance. kitchen counter with deep gouges that should have been replaced. A tub that's painted over which should have been replaced. one maintenance man was supposed to fix my tub and my bathroom sink. he got so into his political beliefs that he forgot to fix the bathroom sink and I haven't called... read more

Doesn’t recommend. 1 Star.
by providing your tenants with a/c units that work properly. It's to hot for a tenant to come home from an eight hour shift to a place of discomfort. my daughter has filed a complaint with your maintenance office over the course of two weeks and the issue has not been resolve as of today! And the lady (manager) whom my daughter talked to in the office had the NERVE to ask "Your" tenant do she know anyone that she could borrow a fan from!??
