The NEW Sous Chef and Executive Chef are absolutely on TOP of there prospective games. Expediter, Waitstaff and back kitchen were phenomenal. For this transplanted Texan, that just happened to crave filet mignon for my 50th birthday tonight, the filet mignon almost made me rewrite how I BBQ at home.
